      • Adequate and convenient hand washing facilities shall be provided for all employees. PROVIDE SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AT ALL HAND WASH SINKS.

      • The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPLACE WATER STAINED CEILING TILES THROUGHOUT. SEAL ALL HOLES CRACKS AND OPENINGS AROUND ALL ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AND ATTACHMENTS.

PROVIDE THERMOMETERS IN ALL COOLERS WHERE POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS WILL BE STORED i.e. MILK/DELI MEATS.
