    • 34. FLEURS: CONSTRUCTES PAR CODE, CLÉS, BONNES RÉPARATIONS, INSTALLÉES EN VUE, MÉTHODES DE CLASSEMENT DE L'ÉCRAN DE DÉSUS UTILISÉES
      • The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Observed accumilated food debris/dirt build up inside floor drains. Must clean and maintain all unclean floor drains also must repair or replace all damaged floor tiles throughout prep area.
    • 35. ÉQUIPEMENT CONSTRUCTE PAR CODE: BONNE RÉPARATION, SURFACES ET MÉTHODES DE CLASSEMENT DE L ' EAU
      • The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Observed holes in walls under dishmachine drainboard and around pipe under pot wash 3-compartment sink. Must seal all holes in walls.

Bar handwash bowl pipe leaking. Must repair and maintain sink.
