ALSO OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 10-15 MICE DROPPINGS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: ON TOP OF THE GREASE TRAP AND ON THE FLOOR UNDER THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK, IN THE CREVICES OF THE FLOOR OF THE OPENING IN THE CENTER OF THE EXPOSED HANDWASHING SINK AND THE WALK-IN COOLER, ON TOP OF THE STEAM TABLE, AND ON THE FLOOR SURROUNDING THE WASTE OIL RECYCLING EQUIPMENT NEAR THE REAR EXIT DOOR. ALSO OBSERVED 3-5 SMALL FLIES AND 1 BIG FLY IN THE DISHWASHING/FOOD PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY, CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND RECOMMENDED CONTACTING PEST CONTROL FOR A SERVICE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-020(A)
