      • Sharps containers not disposed of in accordance with applicable Ontario law.

      • Failed to ensure every product used is stored and dispensed in manner which prevents contamination.

      • Operator failed to ensure service provider cleans hands to remove visible soil and to kill transient microorganisms as often as necessary to prevent disease transmission.
