Water chemistry parameters were also not being tested and recorded after chemicals were added. 2. Total alkalinity was not tested and recorded in the log sheet.3. The following test kit reagents were passed their best before dates:- DPD reagent #1: 11/25- pH indicator: 12/25- Total alkalinity indicator: 12/255. Drain cover is not checked daily. Ensure more details are recorded in the log sheet regarding additional chemicals being added, water chemistry after chemicals have been added, and corrective actions taken whenever there was an unsatisfactory water sample.2.
