- A bottle of hand sanitizer was observed to be expired in 2022. Facility owner obtained non-expired hand sanitizer (expiry 2028).Ensure that alcohol-based hand sanitizers used are not expired, have an alcohol content of 60% to 90%, and must have an NPN or DIN issued by Health Canada.

- Antiseptic Dettol product for skin cleansing was observed to be expired, September 2025.Facility owner obtained non-expired antiseptic Dettol (Exp: Nov 2027) (DIN: 00373435).Ensure a non-expired antiseptic with a DIN or NPN is used for skin cleansing prior to a service involving the puncturing of the skin.
