- Benches in the men's sauna were rough and had the potential to result in splinter injuries. Refinish benches. Discussed with camp manager during inspection.

- Records of maximum ambient dry sauna temperature are not being maintained. Testing must be completed and recorded at least daily when the dry saunas are available for use.
