      • Pre-empt CS20 was sprayed on the pedicure basins to disinfect the tubs. The manufacturer's instruction for Pre-empt CS20 says to immerse the tools. Please follow the manufacturer's instruction while using a chemical product. Pre-empt CS20 spray was replaced with Pre-empt RTU.

      • The surface by the hot stone warmer near the reprocessing sink was in disrepair. Please repair.

      • Expired high level disinfectant (Pre-empt CS20) was observed onsite. Please ensure expired products are replaced. The product was removed from the reprocessing area. Pre-empt CS20 within the expiry date was available for use.
