      • Used buffing block was stored with clean semi-critical nail tools. Discard of single use items between clients. IF items are washable ensure they are cleaned and disinfected before stored with other clean items to avoid cross contamination.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • Clean semi-critical nail tools were stored in a visibly dirty container with debris and hair. Clean and disinfect all basins and containers used for the storage of cleaned and disinfected items for service.
