    • 03. Are facility-specific written procedures established to adequately describe safe and sanitary practices?
      • Please provide written procedures for the tattoo services provided and the necessary cleaning and disinfection process of the tattoo area.
    • 10. Is cleansing and antisepsis of skin and mucous membrane performed in accordance to written procedures and are suitable products being used?
      • 2 different antiseptics ( bactine and dettol are interchangably used) are being used together, please contact the manufacturer to confirm that this is an acceptable practice, please provide the supporting documentation.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Operator is using 99% Isopropyl alcohol as a disinfectant for the tattoo machine.Please use an intermediate level disinfectant as discussed on site, operator stated he will use Cavi Wipes as stipulated by manufacturer. Cavi Wipes on site, 3 minute contact time.
    • 31. Are sinks accessible and used appropriately for the personal services provided?
      • Install a paper towel dispenser by the sink, a covered dispenser is recommended.
    • 33. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Have printed after care instructions to provide to all clients after receiving services, as discussed.
