     • Operator informed PHI that a dedicated reprocessing sink had been installed. The sink is located in the laundry room and is plumbed in with hot and cold running water. However, the wastewater drainage has not been plumbed in and is draining into a bucket. This is not acceptable and will need to be plumbed in prior to recommendation for business licensing.
