      • No anti septic is used after cleaning the skin and before waxing.Corrective action:Use antiseptic having DIN or NPN number and within expiry date
    • 17. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Critical)?
      • Silicone eye pads used during eyelash tinting were having dust, dirt particles and color on the surface, and also kept uncovered in the service room.Corrective action:Clean the silicone pads according to manufacturer's instructions to remove any dirt/dust/color and store in a covered container after disinfection.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • a) No test strips were available on site to verify concentration of CS 20 in soak tray during disinfection, the container was empty.b) Staff stated that tools are soaked for 10-15 minutes in CS 20 during disinfection.Corrective action:a) Provide test strips for CS20b) Ensure that tools are soaked for minimum 20 minutes in CS20 during disinfection.

      • Update on April 21/2026a) Staff stated that metal foot scrapper is only sprayed with CS 20 and then rinsed.b) Disinfection log was not up to date, until April 18/2026(Repeat violations from previous inspection)Corrective action:a) Metal foot scrapper needs to be soaked in CS 20 for 20 minutes. Secondly, it cannot fit in the soak tray available onsite. So, use a bigger soak tray for this scrapper.b) Maintain disinfection log on daily basis.
    • 24. Are waste sharps disposed of properly?
      • Single use blades were used for pedicure, but no sharp container was provided.Staff stated that these blades are wrapped in a paper and discarded in the garbage bin.Requirement:Provide a puncture resistant container with a tight-fitting lid.
    • 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
      • Several Refectocil eyelash/eyebrow tinting dye were half used and no date was noted when each tube was open.Corrective action; According to manufacturer's instructions Refectocil to be used within 12 months of opening. So put the date of opening each tube and discard after 12 months.
