      • A couple bottles of hand sanitizer were past their expiration dates.- Directed operator to discard these during the inspection.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • The client chair at the manicure station is made of fabric.- This was swapped with a chair that is of a material that is smooth, non-porous and easily cleanable.
