- Written procedures incomplete for skin prep for all services, and post care instructions for all invasive services. Consent forms are required for all invasive services. (microneedling, PRP as well as Botox).
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- CS20 was not being tested daily. Please ensure that solution is either tested every day that it is used, or discarded by end of day.
- 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
- Botox is not being thrown out within 24 hours of opening.Obtain smaller, single use vials to avoid waste.
