- Sept 08, 2026: CS20 is not being used, staff was advised to use it to disinfect pore extractorCS20 was not being tested daily. Please ensure that solution is either tested every day that it is used, or discarded by end of day.

- Sept 08, 2026: Reusable pore extractor for the dermofacial machine is not only cleaned in soapy water and not disinfected. Disassemble the pore extractor and fully immerse it in a high-level disinfectant according to the manufacturer's instructions. Obtain test strips and test the disinfectant solution daily. Maintain a high-level disinfectant log and record the test results each day when reusing the solution.
