- - PREempt CS20 for disinfecting semi-critical tools was observed and the operator was able to explain the manufacturer's instruction for use** No test strips for the high-level disinfectant (CS20)** Records for the high-level disinfectant were not being maintained.ACTION REQUIRED:1) Purchase test strips for the high-level disinfectant2) Maintain records of the high-level disinfectant using the template provided at the time of the inspection.May 17, 2024: - High level disinfectant test strips were not observed. - High level disinfectant testing logs were still not being kept. Please ensure these are corrected immediately.

- A client chair in the facility had a tear on it. The operator removed and replaced the chair during inspection.
- 33. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Non-Critical)?
- Beddings were being re-used for the waxing bed. The staff were advised to use single use beddings or use a single use liner on the non-absorbent bed. The staff removed the beddings during inspection. Please note that the non-absorbent waxing bed must be disinfected in-between client use.
