      • 1) A light in the Sauna is out. Action shall be taken to replace the light.2) A gap is present around a metal plate (cover) on the roof of the sauna. Action shall be taken to replace the seal around the plate to prevent moisture from entering this area.

      • Storage room on pool deck was unlocked and contains a shed structure (also unlocked) where sodium bicarbonate is stored. This poses a hazard for patrons, as they could enter the room and come into contact with pool chemicals. Inspector and staff re-assessed the door and the locking mechanism is not working properly. The door handle itself is able to be locked with a key, but the actual locking mechanism (two vertical rods that run up and down both doors and latch into the top & bottom of the door) is not engaging properly. Please ensure that pool chemicals are stored and locked in a way that prevents access to the public.

      • A tile in front of locker 6 in the Universal Changeroom is cracked and has a sharp edge. Patrons walking barefoot in this high traffic area could injure themselves. Please ensure that the tile is filled or remediated in a way to prevent injury.
