- The water fountain drains onto the deck, flows over the deck into the waste drainage system. This does not meet plumbing standards. Action shall be taken to drain the water fountain directly into the waste drainage system.

- 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
- A bolt is missing from a main drain cover in the lazy river by teach pool entry. A replacement bolt cannot be installed to hydro lock or the area be blocked by a foreign object. To keep the lazy river open, the following safety precautions shall be implemented:1)Contact the sump manufacturer to determine if a corrective action is available.2)Conduct a visual check on the grate at least 3 times a day,3)Confirm the grate is in good condition from the water once a day (making sure the other corners are not cracked, or no play is present with the grate in the sump, and4) Ensure all staff are aware how to turn off the main drain suction in the event of a grate failure.Feb 10/25 update:The manufacture of the sump/grate cover has been contacted, and a verbal approval has been given to use a shorter bolt to secure the main drain cover. A written letter by an engineer is required as confirmation.Three visual checks and in-water daily checks are being completed to ensure the grate is in good condition and is properly seated in the sumpFeb21/25 update- A letter from the manufacturer was recieved. The letter failed to identify that an engineer approved the use of non-original manufacturer equipment. Please provide an engineer approved letter.
