   • 16. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
     • Record keeping showed that hot tub Cl levels were low (0.28 ppm) and there was a gap in the record keeping times as to what happened before adjusting Cl levels. Operator confirmed that hot tub was shut down and levels were adjusted, however this was not documented in the record keeping logs in the mechanical room. Please ensure proper record keeping of water quality and actions taken to adjust water quality is documented.
