    • Water haulage vehicle is sampled four (4) times per year at the point of delivery to ensure compliance with the Ontario Drinking-Water Quality Standards
      • Ensure water haulage vehicle is sampled a minimum of four (4) times per year
    • Water tank is properly cleaned and disinfected in accordance with the Guidelines for Disinfecting a Water Haulage Tank
    • Log book is complete and contains required information
      • Ensure bacteria water test results are recorded quarterly in the log book
      • Ensure date and location of each water delivery is recorded daily in the log book
      • Ensure date of tank and equipment disinfection is recorded in the log book
      • Ensure log book is available for review at time of inspection
      • Ensure log book is kept for a period of not less than one year
      • Ensure problems encountered with water supply, water haulage vehicle and/or equipment are recorded in the log book
