      • Used foot files, cuticle nippers, and nail clippers were found in stations. Ensure dirty equipment is stored in designated container and not left in drawers with other supplies.

      • Metal foot files were not fully submerged in high level disinfectant. This was corrected during the inspection. Ensure staff are fully submerging tools in high level disinfectant.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Staff were not testing high level disinfectant daily. Test high level disinfectant daily and track results on log.
    • 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
      • Labels had come off of many bottles in facility. Re-label all bottles.
