      • Facility-wide cleaning required in service area and storage area. Clean all surfaces to remove debris and reorganize to ensure that all clean items are protected from contamination and to create clear separation between clean and dirty items.

      • Used foot files, cuticle nippers, and nail clippers were found in stations. Ensure dirty equipment is stored in designated container and not left in drawers with other supplies.

      • Metal foot files were not fully submerged in high level disinfectant. This was corrected during the inspection. Ensure staff are fully submerging tools in high level disinfectant.

      • Staff were not testing high level disinfectant daily. Test high level disinfectant daily and track results on log.
