- Every operator must provide notice to the medical officer of health within 14 days of his or her plans to operate a personal service setting (O.Reg. 136/18; Sec. 3 (1-6)).
- Owner/ operator of personal setting must provide the following information prior to opening /operating a PSS. 1. The name, if any, and location of the intended personal service setting. 2. The name and contact information of the person intending to operate the personal service setting. 3. A list of the personal services that will be provided at the personal service setting.
