- The operator stated that Pre-empt CS20 was being re-used over it's 14-day period without using a testing strip - the manufacturer requires the use of a strip on a daily basis for every container of poured solution.Inspector tested the poured solution, and the solution still has potent disinfection capability.REQUIREMENT: If CS20 is to be re-used, then proper testing strips must be obtained and used on a daily basis. A high-level disinfection log must also be maintained.Alternatively, discard poured CS20 solution on a daily basis.
