    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • The operator stated that Pre-empt CS20 was being re-used over it's 14-day period without using a testing strip - the manufacturer requires the use of a strip on a daily basis for every container of poured solution.Inspector tested the poured solution, and the solution still has potent disinfection capability.REQUIREMENT: If CS20 is to be re-used, then proper testing strips must be obtained and used on a daily basis. A high-level disinfection log must also be maintained.Alternatively, discard poured CS20 solution on a daily basis.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Critical)?
      • Several containers were not properly labelled to indicate product contents in the esthetics rooms, manicure stations, and a cleaning bottle containing yellow solution.REQUIREMENT: Ensure all containers are properly labelled to prevent confusion of the contents and potential misuse.
