      • -Manufacturer’s instructions for the expiry date of the anti-entrapment device / covers was not followed. Covers were installed in September 2015 with expiry date of 7 years from the date of installment.-The anti-entrapment compliance plan for the facility had missing information and was not up to date.Action required: Install a compliant submerged suction outlet device / cover. Consult with your pool service provider to discuss submerged suction outlet options that comply with the specification for the suction outlet fitting assembly. Ensure the anti-entrapment device is installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and is maintained in good working order. Review the anti-entrapment plan and provide this office with an updated and accurate anti-entrapment compliance plan.
