    • Safety equipment, in accordance with the Regulation, is provided and conveniently located for emergency use at the pool.
      • Fail to provide two buoyant throwing aids with a rope (6mm in diameter, 1/2 width of pool plus 3m in length) securely attached to each. Close pool.
      • Fail to provide a first aid kit containing items prescribed in subsection 20(2)(a-m) of the regulation, in a convenient location. Close pool.
