- -the business has been operating since June without providing a notification to AHS. This was done during the inspection.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- -one foot bath impeller had not been taken apart. Owner assured that this had been taken apart and cleaned and disinfected properly.-some rotary tool bits are not being disinfected using the high-level disinfectant. Owner reported this would be changed immediately.
