The operator was advised to routinely monitor disinfectants and other chemical products to ensure they are within their expiry dates, as expired products may lose potency and effectiveness. The expired disinfectant was removed from use and set aside during the inspection.

      • The staff present indicated that they add water to Preempt CS 20 disinfectant before disinfecting tool.Please note that Preempt CS 20 disinfectant should not be diluted before use.It was also observed that the CS 20 disinfectant bottle in the facility is almost empty. Ensure a new bottle is purchased.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • *Waxing bed was observed to be in disrepair. Areas with exposed porous surface was noted. Ensure all areas are impervious to moisture.
