   • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
     • In the instrument washing area, there is a temporary light used. Operator stated that lights are to be installed. Ensure that appropriate lighting is installed in the back area where there is reprocessing occuring. The instrument processing area does not have a backsplash which may result in water damage to the wall over time. Should walls become damaged over time, it must be repaired. There is also raw wood in this area around the backsplash. Raw wood should be painted so it does not become rotted over time from excess moisture.A wall has been put up between the washroom and staff area. This wall still has been mudded and being dried. Once dried, ensure that wall is painted so that it is smooth and easily cleanable.
   • 33. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Non-Critical)?
     • Electrical wiring with extension plugs are ran over the sink. This is an electrical hazard. Please remove extension cords around the sink area. Ensure that electrical cords are used in a safe manner.
