- 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
- Separate anti-entrapment plan to be submitted for the set of submerged suction outlets connected to the circulation pump and the other set of submerged suction outlets connected to the jet pump. Only one plan was submitted combining all the suction outlets together and stating there is only 2 , not 4 (which is not how the whirlpool is plumbed according to the plans submitted).
