      • - Pedicure sugar scrub container was kept uncovered located at one client station.- Reusing wooden stick applicator in this sugar scrub. Corrective action:- Keep products covered after use.- Discard single use wooden stick applicator after each use

      • A pedicure kit was having used and clean tools stored together, a used disposable nail filer was kept in the kit Corrective action:Ensure that disposable tools are discarded after each use, used tools are taken to the reprocessing sink.Ensure that clean tools are stored separately from used tools.
