Body Benefits Day Spa Inc.

Inspection summary

Body Benefits Day Spa Inc. has been inspected 5 times by Middlesex-London Health Unit since May 4, 2017. The most recent inspection, on October 3, 2025, found no infractions.

4 of 5 inspections on record found no infractions at all. No inspections are on record from the past 12 months. All recorded findings relate to upkeep, equipment or paperwork rather than direct infection-control risks to clients.

The number of infractions per inspection has stayed roughly the same over time.

What these findings mean

Health authorities word their findings differently, so we group them by what they mean for clients. In personal service settings like salons, spas and tattoo studios, higher-risk findings are the ones that could spread infection from one client to the next, through broken skin, blood or instruments that were not properly cleaned and sterilized.

• Food safety training and certificationLower risk

Some jurisdictions require operators to complete infection-prevention training, or to hold specific qualifications for higher-risk services such as tattooing, piercing or electrolysis. These findings mean the training record was missing at the time. They do not by themselves mean a client was put at risk.
