- 1. Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride solution (DIN 0037818) used for Botox injections contains preservative.In accordance to manufacturer's instructions, a non-preservative solution is required.2. PDRN is topical product only- was applied during/after microneedling.Microneedling is not considered topical application. In order to be a cosmetic, the product must exhibit a lack of percutaneous absorption and should not have to be absorbed systemically to achieve the effect. Products that are represented for administration through ingestion, inhalation, or by injection (intradermal, intramuscular, subcutaneous, intravenous, etc.), with the sole exception of tattoo ink, are not considered to be cosmetics.

- 2. The sterility information (lot number and the expiry date) of the pre-purchased sterile equipment (for example: micro needling needles) is not being kept with that client's records. Please ensure the sterility information of the pre-purchased sterile equipment used on the client is kept with the client's forms.
