      • Food packages were observed on the floor.Ensure to keep the food items on the shelves at least 15cm above the ground.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The facility has one large size sink at the back of the warehouse for washing coffee thermoses.Ensure to install at least a two compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize the thermoses and other food related equipment.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The cooler and freezer floor appeared dirty.The housekeeping staff started cleaning the floor during inspection and received pictures of cleaned floors.
