      • Soap dispensers in the men's change room shower area were empty at the time of inspection. The women's change room shower area did not have a soap dispenser. Please ensure that soap dispensers are installed and regularly checked.

      • Soap dispensers have not yet been installed in the women's showers after the completion of renovations. Please ensure that soap dispensers are installed or provided prior to pool use. **NEW** The soap dispenser in the men's shower room was present but empty. Please remember to check soap dispensers in change rooms as often as necessary to ensure that they are always adequately stocked. Recommend daily checks on days when the pool is open.

      • Water leak remains present from the roof along the exterior wall near the hot tub.Actions Required:- Investigate and identify the cause of the water infiltration.- Remove and replace any water damaged material. - Repair the area to prevent water infiltration in the future.MARCH 24 UPDATE: A contractor has been retained to complete the repairs. The method of repair requires warmer weather and so this item is scheduled for the spring of 2025. Please update this office upon repair completion.
