Since the chemical parameters were satisfactory and this is a non-critical result, the operator may submit a resample on the next available sample day before taking additional action.If the operator feels it necessary, he may choose to perform treatment out of an abundance of caution.

Upon review, it has been determined that the plan submitted requires revision. There were several pieces of information that were either incorrect or missing.       • Unsatisfactory water sample result received.Submitted on July 31,2023HPC = 180 CFU/mLOperator took corrective action once results were received (same day): Operator provided email confirmation that they had increased free chlorine level to 10 ppm (pH at or near 7.2). Water was circulated properly, and the facility was working to balance the chemicals. They will resample early next week.
