     • Quat sanitizer was measured greater than 400ppm. Staff was not testing the sanitizer. Use 200ppm quat sanitizer and verify with quat sanitizer test strips.
   • 15. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
     • Fly strips were covered with black flies and black flies were found inside the lights.Remove all fly strips that were covered with black flies and clean the lights.
   • 19. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
     • Oven mitts were covered with grease and black stains. Provide clean oven mitts.
