    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Esthetics tools in immersion container are not fully immersed in Preempt CS 20. All tools are to be FULLY IMMERSED in solution for the manufacturer's recommended time. Note - corrected during inspection.In adequate test strips (pool water) currently available. Test strips MUST BE OBTAINED that test for Preempt CS 20 (hydrogen peroxide). Testing to be conducted on routine basis, and recorded in log book. Note - search product online and purchase asap.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • Wall area near esthetics tool cleaning sink not finished. Finishing required to smooth, impervious condition required so as to be easily cleaned/sanitized when soiled.
