      • Multiple instances of chemistry out of correct range and no corrective action taken (e.g. chlorine at 0, missing notes about when chlorine containers were changed/filled).-Ensure managers are auditing records and that staff know when they must take action. Highly recommended to add required chemistry ranges to sheet. Follow-up tests are required when chemistry is adjusted
