- There are no paper towel, dispenser or single use towels at the hand washing sink for clients.

- 1. Facility using lysol spray to disinfect pedicure tubs. This product has a 10 minute contact time. Choose a product with a lower contact time. Pre-empt RTU onsite. 2. Facility needs to test and document CS20 daily. 3. One manicure station had a build up of product and nail debris on tools. Ensure these are cleaned and disinfected.
