      • Staff indicated an incorrect contact time and procedure for use of high-level disinfectant product. The disinfectant contact time stated was less than that stated by the product's manufacturer, and did not include a rinse step to remove disinfectant. Spa tools must be immersed in high-level disinfectant for a minimum contact time of 20 minutes, then rinsed off after use.
