- No written procedures for accidental cut/puncture. Written procedures must be developed and maintained onsite. AHS written procedures template was provided to the operator.
- 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
- Petroleum jelly bulk supply is not being adequately portioned to protect it from contamination. An applicator was stored inside the container. A new applicator should be used every time when portioning the product to protect it from contamination. Refrain from storing used applicators inside of the container. The operator removed the applicator at the time of the inspection.
