      • - Total alkalinity was initially measured at 22 mg/L. A subsequent test showed an increase to 29 mg/L. To achieve compliance, please ensure that total alkalinity levels are adjusted to fall within the target range of 60-180 mg/L.
    • 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
      • - The emergency phone is not operational, there is no dial tone, and it is currently not possible to reach the front desk in case of an emergency. Please ensure the emergency phone is repaired to allow for easy access to emergency response.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • - The pool deck shower is not operational. Please ensure the pool deck shower is repaired to allow for easy access to rinsing off before entering the pool which in turn helps to promote and maintain hygiene and the safety and cleanliness of the pool water.
