- There was no one at the facility with valid pool operator certificate. Please make sure there is one person with a valid approved pool operator certificate onsite which make sure pool premises is operated safely.
- 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
- There was no hot water available at the shower in the pool area. The water at the shower head did not get heated.
- 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
- Anti -entrapment plan for swimming pool was not updated after the drain covers were changed. Please make sure anti-entrapment plan for the swimming pool is completed and submitted.
