      • The free available chlorine (FCL) concentration was observed to be 0.14 ppm.The issue was discussed with the operator and the automatic controller was adjusted accordingly. Subsequent FCL readings were found to be 3.96 which is considered satisfactory.

      • The flow meter installed to measure the flow rate of the swimming pool's circulation system was not working at the time of inspection.Repair or replace flow meter so flow rate can be verified. Observation on Aug 17, 2026: 1. The operator has purchased a new flow meter and is currently awaiting a technician appointment for its installation in September.2. One of the skimmers on the north side of the pool was observed to have a loose cover/lid that was not fitting properly. This condition may create a tripping hazard and pose a safety risk to pool users.Corrective actions1. Repair or replace the skimmer cover/lid with the original manufacturer-approved part to ensure a proper and secure fit to eliminate the potential safety hazard.2. Ensure that the flow meter is installed and fully operational as soon as possible following the technician's visit. Maintain the flow meter in good working condition to facilitate accurate monitoring of circulation system performance and compliance with operational requirements.
