      • Tests strips were purchased but were not for the right ingredient. Please purchase test strips for use with accelerated hydrogen peroxide products. The site is using PreEmpt CS-20 for disinfecting their tools and will be reusing the solution for up to 14 days. The site does not have any test strips for the CS-20. These are required if reusing the solution to ensure that the concentration of the CS-20 remains adequate for disinfection. The solution must be tested every day that it is reused. Please purchase some test strips.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Critical)?
      • The toilet had been removed from the reprocessing room but the hole has not yet been capped. A stool has been placed over top of the hole to prevent access to it. The contractor has ordered the part and operator is waiting for it to come in. Please cap the hole where the toilet was.
