- The required written procedures were not observed during inspection. Please ensure written procedures as it applies to your operations are made available. Such as - Written procedure for client care in an event of accidental skin cuts or punctures and Written procedure for cleansing of skin before waxing.Templates will be sent with this report.
- 33. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Non-Critical)?
- Bedding/towels was being re-used for the waxing bed. The staff was advised to use the towels as single use for each client. The staff removed the towels during inspection. Please note that the waxing bed must always be disinfected in-between client use.
