      • - The operator is not maintaining up-to-date records of high-level disinfection for semi-critical instruments.The operator was notified and provided with additional high-level disinfection logs to ensure proper use. Please ensure regular monitoring of high-level disinfection is conducted to maintain compliance and effectiveness.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • - The high-level disinfectant test strips are expired dated April 30, 2024.Please ensure new test strips are acquired to ensure accurate testing of high-level disinfectant concentration.
