- It was observed that facility specific written procedures for accidental cuts and punctures were not avialable.2)It was observed that facility was using the hand washing sink for cleaning of non-critical tools.Discussed with the operator to maintain and follow the written procedures for sink decontamination between use as hand washing and tools cleaning.Written procedures were provided during the inspection.
