- Wet wiping clothes were left out on the counters.- Ensure that cloths are stored in an approved sanitizer solution or used once then washed.

- Waffle Irons were not being adequately cleaned and sanitized. Staff was just wiping them with a wet cloth after use. - Ensure waffle irons are being washed with soap and water, and then sanitized using an approved food grade sanitizer.

- No test strips were available on site. - Acquire appropriate test strips to test the concentration of sanitizers used.
