      • The Hand Sink in the Bathroom was out of Paper Towels at the time of Inspection.Ensure that all Hand Sinks are stocked with Paper Towels at all times in order to facilitate proper hand hygiene practices.This was Corrected during the Inspection.

      • High Level Disinfectant was not available on site for use on reusable tools, such as tools used for doing nails.1) High Level Disinfectant Logs were not being completed at the time of Inspection.2) There were no High Level Disinfectant Test Strips on site at the time of Inspection.1/2 - Ensure that High Level Disinfectant Test Strips are being kept on site in order to confirm the concentration of Disinfectant being used. This information should be recorded daily in the High Level Disinfectant Log.This will help to ensure that high risk tools are being Disinfected adequately.
