The high-level disinfectant tray should have a high-level disinfectant that can be monitored. Ensure tools are being fully soaked as required.3. High-level disinfectant log was not available during inspection. Re-iterated the requirements on how to properly maintain HLD logs. 4. The AHP7 indicator test strips was also not available. Obtain new AHP7 indicator test strips.
